My family, like all others can drive me to distraction when at times I would like to disown them BUT without them... there would be no Journal and life would be truly DULL, DREARY and BORING! *S*

This year was a disaster...lumbered with a boarder (human) and another (animal), neither really welcome, just extra work for me.. a lot of missing journals as a result.

The year began in the USA in glorious cold weather... brrrr!! Everyone at home was sweltering in the heat and humidity. Spent Feb to Oct renovating and redecoratiing my entire home by myself..., then my son moved back home 2 days after I finished! I can see that it's going to be a total waste of effort on my part.

Finally got free from the Protective Office of NSW when my husband passed away mid year. My advice for fellow Aussies: STAY AWAY FROM THE Public Trustee, Guardianship Boards an Protective Offices... whatever they are called in your state.
