This tut requires EYE CANDY 3, Xenofex 1.1 (Little Fluffy Clouds),
and Funhouse (Emission Mirror).
In this tutorial we create the frame first, then add the image.

This tutorial has 2 purposes.
#1: To teach you a little about Adjustment Layers when the
image you have to work with is too dark.
