Get CLOVERMOUSE (Tube) Zip HERE
Download tubes and save to a folder on your computer


Get 'Boomerang' font Zip HERE
Extract to C:\Windows\Fonts


You will need these Plugins
EYE CANDY 3

DSB Flux

Download and extract to your PSP Plugins folder


Right click and save this Gold pattern to a folder on your computer.

Open up the GOLD pattern in your PSP workspace
and Minimise it.


Open up the CloverMouse tube in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original tube.

Open new image 400 x 400
Transparent background

Flood fill with white



Right click on the title bar of the CloverMouse tube
select COPY from the options.

Right click on the title bar of your new image
select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options



Double click on your SELECTION tool
use these settings



Click OK

You will now have a rectangle of 'marching ants' surrounding your image




Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> DSB Flux >>> Radial Smox



Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> DSB Flux >>> Bubbles



Click OK

DESELECT





Right click on the title bar of the CloverMouse tube
select COPY from the options.

Right click on the title bar of your new image
select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize >>> 75%
Make sure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Reposition the mouse to the lower left of the image

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK


OK Let's add some text.
