Open up the Image41 image in your PSP workspace
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
With Raster 2 active
EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
EFFECTS>>> GEOMETRIC EFFECTS >>> CIRCLE
Same settings
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Activate the TOP layer
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Activate the lower layer "Copy of Raster 1"
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
ACTIVATE Copy (2) of Raster 1
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE DOWN
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 90%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
EDIT >> Repeat Resize
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
EDIT >> Repeat Resize
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Open up the Pascale_040212_FlowerGirls image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Rectangle
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked
Draw a rectangle as shown below
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
ACTIVATE Raster 1
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 270
ACTIVATE RASTER 3
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 90
ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1
Drag down carefully with your MOVER TOOL
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
PSP8 - PSP9:IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
PSPX - PSPX3: IMAGE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY on layer Copy (3) of Raster 1 to 58%
ACTIVATE RASTER 3
Choose your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked
Section off the area shown below
Click inside the 'marching ants' to select the area
ACTIVATE Copy (3) of Raster 1
Hit your DELETE key
DESELECT
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY on layer Copy (3) of Raster 1 to 100%
ACTIVATE Copy of Raster 1
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
Reposition down with your MOVER tool
ACTIVATE RASTER 2
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
PSP8 USERS
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Open up the xxxxx image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options.
DESELECT
Then continue from ******

Flood fill with BLUE #327abf
CLOSE RASTER 4
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 85%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 4
EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> BALLS & BUBBLES
Select the Clear Bubbles preset
Then enter these settings

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
EFFECTS >>> ARTISTIC EFFECTS >>> ENAMEL
In your LAYER PALETTE change the OPACITY to 70%
ACTIVATE RASTER 4
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9 - X3: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX - X3: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX - X3: Use all layers = UNChecked
Select the OUTER transparent area
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> BRING TO TOP
Flood fill with BLUE
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings
EDIT >>> Repeat Drop Shadow.. change DIRECTION to 270
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 4
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Open up the fuchur74_Spirale image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 30%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> SIMPLE >>> TOP LEFT MIRROR
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Open up the GGButterfly_010 image in your PSP workspace
Activate the layer shown below
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your tag image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 65%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
If you DO NOT wish to animate the Butterfly
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings
Reposition in the centre bottom shape with your MOVER tool.
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
Save as .jpg image

If you DO wish to animate the Butterfly
Save as .psp image
or
.pspimage
and go to the NEXT page.
