drag your cursor to 500 pixels across and 500 pixels down and release

PSPX3 TIP: PSPX3 has a very different way of adding text
However if you hold down the shift key when
clicking on the A (Text Tool) the box will show up as other versions
otherwise type the text and then click on the apply changes
(green button in the tools options next to presets)

I used these settings

drag your cursor to 500 pixels across and 500 pixels down and release

Move the Text Cursor to the top of the circle, once the icon appears...
LEFT click your mouse and the text box will appear.

Insert your text

Click APPLY

In your LAYER PALETTE click on the + (plus) sign to open the vector layers
CLOSE the Ellipse layer

Right click on the Vector 1 layer
and select
Convert to Raster layer

and you're done... easy wasn't it *S*
