Open up the JF_Shape81 image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Open a new image 500 x 500
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel
Right click on the Title Bar of your blank image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Reposition with your MOVER tool so the centre edges meet.
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
Reposition with your MOVER tool as shown below
Top shape: 20 pixels down from the top
Lower shape:
20 pixels up from the bottom
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
To make sure the shape is centred.....
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar again
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
EDIT >>> CLEAR
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
Choose your SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Ellipse
Mode = Replace
Feather = 1
Antialias = Checked
Place your cursor at 250 pixels across and 250 pixels down
and drag down and to the right to 390 pixels across
and 450 pixels down.
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> FLOAT
SELECTIONS >>> DEFLOAT
Flood fill with RED #740404
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> SCULPTURE
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> FINE LEATHER
COLOUR =
#595959
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
DESELECT
CLOSE THE MERGED LAYER
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Rename this Merged 2
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked
PSP9/X: ANTIALIAS = Inside
Select the CENTRE transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM
In your MATERIALS PALETTE load
lace6.jpg in the background using these settings
Flood fill with the pattern
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE MORE
OPEN & ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DESELECT
ACTIVATE the MERGED 2 layer
With your MAGIC WAND ... same settings
Select the CENTRE transparent area
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 5
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
same settings
DESELECT
ACTIVATE the MERGED 2 layer
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with RED #740404
SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 7
EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
same settings
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 95%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
Save as .psp image
From here you can embellish as you like and add an image of your own.
To end up with my result, follow these instructions.
Activate your frame image
WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original Image
ACTIVATE RASTER 1
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN
Flood fill with OFF WHITE #f5f0f4
EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE
EFFECTS >>> EDGE EFFECTS >>> ENHANCE
Close the layers shown below and...
ACTIVATE THE MERGED LAYER
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings.. and while depressing your SHIFT KEY...
Select the areas shown below
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
DESELECT
OPEN RASTER 1
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Open up the JF_string6.pspimage image in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
Reposition with your MOVER tool
LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
IMAGE >>> FLIP
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Change DIRECTION to 270
OPEN THE TOP 2 LAYERS
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Open up the Sstyle_Seashore_RustedMetalLabels.pspimage
tube in your PSP workspace
Select the top label
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = RIGHT 90
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED
Reposition with your MOVER tool
Open up the MontiBeachAnchor.pspimage
tube in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
ADJUST >>> HUE & SATURATION >>> COLORIZE
Reposition with your MOVER tool ...
then with your your FREEHAND SELECTION TOOL
Selection Type = Point to Point
Mode = Replace
Feather = 0
Antialias = Checked
Select the part of the anchor rope overlapping the string.
EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT
.
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW.
Same settings
Open up the girl2.psp
tube in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 60%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED
Resample using WEIGHTED AVERAGE
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
Reposition with your MOVER tool
EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel
EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Change DIRECTION to 135
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 3
Open up the DaisyWeb_Whitehand_challenger_d_.psp
tube in your PSP workspace
Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options
Right click on the Title Bar of your frame image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.
IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Reposition with your MOVER tool
ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN MORE
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)
