In your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load the ' JF_RWB1.jpg ' pattern in your foreground



Open a new image 500 x 500
Transparent background
PSPX: Colour Depth = 8bits/channel

Flood fill with pattern

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 20
EDIT >>> CLEAR

Flood fill with BLUE " #0000ff "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EDIT >>> CLEAR
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL



SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with WHITE " #ffffff "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3

Flood fill with RED " #ff0000 "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 3
EDIT >>> CLEAR

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DO NOT SESELECT

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

Flood fill with BLUE " #0000ff "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10

Flood fill with WHITE " #ffffff "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10

Flood fill with RED " #ff0000 "

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 10

EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> DISTORTION EFFECTS >>> TWIRL
DEGREES = 720



With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
PSP9/X: Check CONTIGUOUS
PSPX: There is no " Sample Merged"
PSPX: Use all layers = UNChecked

Select the CENTRE transparent area

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM

SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Flood fill with BLUE


SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> FEATHER 3

Hit your DELETE key 3 times

ACTIVATE RASTER 2

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> FEATHER 3

Hit your DELETE key 3 times



DESELECT

EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Same settings


LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> SEND TO BOTTOM

Flood fill with WHITE

EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> WEAVE
WEAVE COLOUR = " #d4e3ef "
GAP COLOUR = " #0000ff "

..

CLOSE RASTER 4

ACTIVATE RASTER 3

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the CENTRE transparent area

SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 3
SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
LAYERS >>> ARRANGE >>> MOVE DOWN

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW



DESELECT

Save as .psp image



OPEN & ACTIVATE RASTER 4

Open up the " declaration.psp " image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image .. Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> ROTATE >>> FREE ROTATE = LEFT 35
Ensure "All layers" is UNCHECKED

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings




Open up the " indep.psp " image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image .. Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN



ACTIVATE RASTER 1

Open up the " ME~Flag_KK.psp " image in your PSP workspace

Right click on the Title Bar and select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image .. Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Reposition at the top left of your image

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings





Right click on the Title Bar
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the options.

IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 25%
Ensure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

IMAGE >>> MIRROR
Reposition at the bottom right of your image

EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYE CANDY 3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Same settings




LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Flood fill with BLUE

SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT = 2
EDIT >>> CLEAR


EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 60
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT
LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Save as .jpg image
