'GoldFoil' pattern
download
Download and extract to your PSP Patterns folder.

'annissa 21' pattern
download
Download and extract to your PSP Patterns folder.


An image of your choosing

Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE Load DARK BLUE (#383C66) into the uppermost right hand box Load WHITE into the uppermost left hand box Click on the PATTERN ICON in your foreground box Load the 'goldfoil' pattern SCALE = 100 ANGLE = 0 Click on the PATTERN ICON in your background box Load the 'annissa 21' pattern SCALE = 100 ANGLE = 0

Open a new image 300 x 400
WHITE BACKGROUND



BORDER 1


Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = DARK BLUE

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

select the BLUE border
Flood fill with the 'goldfoil' pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 2

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = DARK BLUE

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

select the BLUE border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 3


Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
COLOUR = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the 'goldfoil' pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 4


Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = DARK BLUE


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 5



Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 2
COLOUR = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the 'goldfoil' pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

BORDER 6

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 20
COLOUR = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings

select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the 'annissa 21' pattern

Select your AIRBRUSH TOOL
Use these settings




Using you LEFT mouse button
spray areas of the goldfoil pattern as shown below




Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> MOSAIC ANTIQUE



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> BLUR >>> GAUSSIAN BLUR



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

REPEAT THE FIRST 5 BORDERS
