To use the Background layer with the
clear windows by itself...

- after opening the PSP image
Click on the WINDOW Menu at the top of your screen
then click on DUPLICATE...
Close the original image
go to the Layer Palette .
Use settings as shown below..
Delete the 2 layers with red crosses.

You will now have a single layer TUBE image
in which you can add a scene
which would be visible through the window.
