Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Go to IMAGE >>> Rotate >>> Free Rotate




Reposition the lace as shown below




Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Go to IMAGE >>> Mirror

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close Rasters 1, and 2
Make sure one of the other 2 layers is active



Go to Layers >>> Merge Visible



Go to your LAYER PALETTE
and click on Raster2 (Circle Layer) to make it active



Select your MAGIC WAND
and using the same settings

Select the area on the outside of your circle shape

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract = 1

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
and click on the MERGED to make it active

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Hit your DELETE Key
DESELECT
Your image should now look like this





This would be a good time to save your image *S*
