Load the Gold Pattern in your Foreground STYLE box

With your MAGIC WAND

Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather - 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

Click on the border
FLOOD FILL with the Gold pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>>3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK

Click OK

REPEAT Drop Shadow
Changing Vertical and Horizontal settings to - (minus) 1

Click OK


Load the Wood Grain Pattern in the Background STYLE Box
Scale = 50
Angle = 302


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 10

With your MAGIC WAND
(same settings)
Select the border.

FLOOD FILL with the Wood Grain pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>>3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>>3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK

Click OK

REPEAT Drop Shadow
Changing Vertical and Horizontal settings to - (minus) 1

Click OK
