to your PSP Plugins Folder.

Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder.
The VM Toolbox plugin
Right at the bottom of the page
"VISMAN"
Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder.

Right click and save this image to a
folder on your computer
"Hera" by Ora

Right click and save this Pattern image
to a folder on your computer

This frame is quite 'loud' *S*
You can change the colours used if you
wish.
The main exercise here is the Negative
image and the frame effect

Open up the "Hera" image in
your PSP workspace.
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original Image
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote
Background Layer
Click on your SELECTION tool 
Then click on the Custom Selection icon

and enter the following settings

Click OK
Right click on the title bar of the HERA
image and select
COPY from the options.
Right click on your PSP workspace and
select
PASTE AS NEW IMAGE
from the options.
Click on the title bar of the first image
to make active.
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to ADJUST >>> Negative image
Go to IMAGE >>> Greyscale
Go to IMAGE >>> Increase Colour
Depth >>> 16 mill colours
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Right click on the title bar of the
'half' image you created earlier
and select COPY from the options.
Right click on the title bar of the
larger image and select
PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options
DESELECT
Click on your SELECTION tool 
Then click on the Custom Selection icon
and enter the following settings

Click OK
Go to IMAGE >>> Crop to
Selection
Your image should now look like this.

Close the 'half' image as we have no
further use for it.
Now would be a good
time to save your image
(as a .psp file)
Load the "Hera
Pattern" into
your upper MATERIALS (foreground) box.
Scale = 100
Angle = 0
Load the solid colour (blue) #7694C6
into your lower MATERIALS (background)
box.

OK... let's go to the next page and
create the frame *S*
