Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders
Use these settings




Click OK


At the very top of your COLOUR PALETTE
Click on the arrows between the Black and Blue colours
so that the Black is now on the right.


With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the Blue border and flood fill with Black

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Click on the SETTINGS tab and select GLASS TUBING
Then click on the BASIC tab and enter the settings shown below.



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

DESELECT (SELECTIONS >>> Select None)


At the very top of your COLOUR PALETTE
Click on the arrows between the Black and Blue colours
so that the Blue is now on the right.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

Click on the arrows between the Black and Blue colours
so that the Black is now on the right.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the Black Border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use same settings
Click OK.

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings




Click on the arrows between the Black and Blue colours
so that the BLUE is now on the right.

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the Blue Border
Flood Fill with the Pattern


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize



Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen


Double Click on your SELECTION tool
and enter the following settings



Click OK

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> VM Toolbox >>> Instant Tile

X Flip = 128
Y Flip = 128

Click OK

Repeat the last effect (Instant Tile)
using the same settings





Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the Black Border


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use the same settings
Change the COLOUR TO BLACK
Click OK.


Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen


At the very top of your COLOUR PALETTE
Click on the Blue colour (Right Hand side)
and change to RED ( #D80E0E )

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the RED Border


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use the same settings
Change the COLOUR TO RED ( #D80E0E )
Click OK.


Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> VM Toolbox >>> Instant Tile

X Flip = 128
Y Flip = 128

Click OK

DESELECT

Resize to suit
Don't forget to sharpen if you resize.

Save as a .jpg file
