Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Modify >>> Contract 15
Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Invert


Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Inner bevel



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 6
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>>> Resize



Go to ADJUST >>>> Sharpness >>>> Sharpen




Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 12
Colour = BLACK



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4
Change colour to something other than BLACK


Select the Border with your Magic Wand
Flood Fill with the 'mqc Caramel' gradient


Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 15
Colour = BLACK


Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS ??? Modify >>> Contract 30






Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate (Copy of Background)
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Right Click on the Background Layer
Select 'Promote Background Layer' from the options
Hit your DELETE key

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Right Click on the 'Copy of Background'
Select "Duplicate" from the options
Hit your DELETE key


Still on 'Copy of Background'....
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the 'Copy (2) of Background'
Hit your DELETE key

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the 'Copy of Background' to activate

DESELECT

Go to EFFECTS >>> Distortion Effect >>> Ripple
Use these settings




Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK


Go to IMAGE >>> Resize







Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4
Colour = WHITE
Select the WHITE Border with your Magic Wand
Flood Fill with the 'mqc Caramel' gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

AND YOU'RE FINISHED *S*

Resize again to suit
and don't forget to Sharpen
Save as a .jpg image.
