Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Modify >>> Contract 15
Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Invert


Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Inner bevel



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 6
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>>> Resize



Go to EFFECTS >>>> Sharpen >>>> Sharpen


Make sure background colour is BLACK



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 12

Change background colour to something other than BLACK

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4
Select the Border ewith your Magic Wand
Flood Fill with the 'mqc Caramel' gradient


Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Make sure background colour is BLACK

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 15




With your SELECTION TOOL
set to Rectangle
Antialias = UNchecked
Draw a rectangle as shown below



Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Geometric Effect >>> Ripple
Use these settings




Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK


Change background colour to something other than BLACK

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4
Select the Border ewith your Magic Wand
Flood Fill with the 'mqc Caramel' gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

AND YOU'RE FINISHED *S*

Resize to suit
and don't forget to Sharpen
Save as a .jpg image.
