download
Download and extract to your PSP Patterns folder.

Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder



Right click and save the following 2 images to a folder on your computer

Open up the Colour Samples image and the Orchid images in your
PSP workspace.

Click on the Orchid image
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate

Close the original image
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote Background Layer


Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>>> Contract 20

Load the GOLD FOIL pattern into your foreground Box
on your MATERIALS PALETTE
Angle = 0
Scale = 100


Go to LAYERS >>>Duplicate
Hit your DELETE key
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Flood fill with GOLD FOIL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>>> Expand 2
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE key
DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the centre of the image
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Colour - Black
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (minus) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Click OK
DESELECT




With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the outer section of the image
(Outside the gold border)


Right click on the BLUE of the Colour Samples
with your EYE DROPPER
to load into your Background Styles Box

Flood fill selected area with Dark Blue

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple >>> Zoom Out & Flip
DESELECT


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
and holdimg dowm your SHIFT key
Select the sections in between the squares



Flood fill with Dark Blue

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK

DESELECT
