Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE
Use these settings




With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED

Select the outer transparent area of the image
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
CHANGE the ANGLE settings to 270
on the 'teom_ice' gradient



Flood Fill with the 'teom_ice' gradient

DESELECT

Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT 15
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
DESELECT

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings




With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0

Select the centre transparent section of the image

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

FLOOD FILL with the 'teom_ruby' gradient
DESELECT

Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT 15
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 2
Feather = 0

Holding down your SHIFT KEY and starting
from the outer corners at the TOP LEFT and BOTTOM RIGHT
of your image, select the areas shown below.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> INNER BEVEL
Use the same settings
Click OK


Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT CLEAR
DESELECT




Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close the MERGED Layer



Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Right click on this layer and select "RENAME" from the options.
Rename this layer "Merged 2"

Close the MERGED 2 layer
and open the MERGED LAYER




Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Maximise the "BOWS" tube
Select one of the bows with your SELECTION TOOL

Right click on the title bar and select COPY from the options.

Right click on the title bar of your FRAME image and select
PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
(YOU CAN MAKE THESE SMALLER IF YOU WISH)
Make sure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen
reposition the bow as shown below



Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYECANDY3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Use these settings



Click OK
DESELECT


Right click on the title bar of the BOWS tube
and select COPY from the options.


Right click on the title bar of your FRAME image and select
PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 50%
Make sure "Resize all layers" is UNCHECKED

Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN
reposition the bow as shown below

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> EYECANDY3 >>> DROP SHADOW
Use the same settings




Click OK

DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Open the MERGED 2 Layer

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER


Maximize the "sde_cnr4' tube

Right click on the title bar and select COPY from the options.

Right click on the title bar of your FRAME image and select
PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Position at the top RIGHT corner as shown below.



DESELECT

Right click on the title bar of your FRAME image and select
PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP

Position at the BOTTOM LEFT corner.
DESELECT



Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> DROP SHADOW

Use these settings



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
