Go to your Background box on your
MATERIALS PALETTE
Select the 'pattern icon' (the one with
the dots)
Click on the black arrow on the next
window and scroll
to locate the 'hair3' pattern.
Set the SCALE to 100
and the ANGLE to 0
Click OK

Go to your Foreground box on your
MATERIALS PALETTE
select the 'pattern icon'
Click on the black arrow on the next
window and scroll
to locate the 'Gold Foil' pattern.
Set the SCALE to 100
and the ANGLE to 0
Click OK
With your MAGIC WAND select the
transparent area
surrounding the images
Flood fill with the 'hair3' pattern.
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow
Use these settings

Click OK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge All (Flatten)
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders =
Symmetric 5
COLOUR = RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED
select the red border
Flood fill with the Gold Foil pattern
Go to Effects >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Select the "Metallic" preset
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to your Background Styles box on your
MATERIALS PALETTE
select the 'paintbrush icon'
Change the colour to CREAM ( #D1CCC3 )
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders =
Symmetric 30
Click OK
With your MAGIC WAND
select the RED border
Flood fill with the CREAM colour
Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture
Effects >>> Fine Leather
Use these settings
Colour = #DCDCDC

Click OK
Go to Effects >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings

Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders =
Symmetric 5
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select the red border
Flood fill with the Gold Foil pattern
Go to Effects >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Select the "Metallic" preset
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
(I changed mine to 450 Wide... you can
change it to whatever suits you)

Click OK
Go to adjust >>> Sharpness
>>> Sharpen
and
save your image as a .JPG file
