Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK
DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 30
Select the centre transparent area
Hold down your SHIFT key so as to also include the drop shadow.
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand 3

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Raster 2



Open up the Watchmaker image
With your SELECTION tool



Draw a circle as shown below



Right click on the Title Bar and
select COPY from the options

Go to your frame image
Right click on the Title Bar and
select PASTE INTO SELECTION from the options

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 7)
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Cutout



Click OK

REPEAT CUTOUT
Changing the Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 4
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close Layers 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7
Click on Layer 4 to activate


Go to ADJUST >>> Hue & Saturation >>> Colourize



Click OK



Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close Layer 4
and
OPEN Layer 6

Go to ADJUST >>> Hue & Saturation >>> Colourize



Click OK

Go to ADJUST>>> Brightness & Comtrast >>> Brightness & Contrast



Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 100
select one of the dots as shown below




Using your AIRBRUSH



Colour in the selected area with the Gold Foil pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN ALL LAYERS

Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize



Click OK


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 2

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
Select the border
Flood fill with the Gold Foil

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (minus ) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen
DESELECT

Finit !!!
