Right click and save this image to a folder on your computer.

Open up your Whipple Nuns image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original Image
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote Background Layer

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize




Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load BLUE ( #0084A9 ) in the Background (lower) box

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
COLOUR = BLUE ( #0084A9 )

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the Blue border

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to EDIT >>> Clear
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Kang 1 >>> Penzilla





Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

DESELECT




BORDER 2

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
COLOUR = BLUE ( #0084A9 )

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Blue border

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to EDIT >>> Clear
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> L en K landksiteofwonders >>> Pia



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Edge Effects >>> Enhance More

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

DESELECT






BORDER 3

Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load DARK BLUE ( #033C7C ) in the Background (lower) box

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
COLOUR = DARK BLUE ( #033C7C )

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Blue border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

DESELECT


BORDER 4

Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load BLUE ( #0084A9 ) in the Background (lower) box


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
COLOUR = BLUE ( #0084A9 )

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Blue border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Cybia >>> Screenworks >>> Quad Dice



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

DESELECT




BORDER 5

Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load DARK BLUE ( #033C7C ) in the Background (lower) box

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20
COLOUR = DARK BLUE ( #033C7C )

With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Blue border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel

DESELECT


*-*-*-*-*-*-*

Resize to suit
Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen
