Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Change the BLEND MODE
on Group Raster 3 to Luminance
on the centre Group Raster 2 to Luminance (Legacy)
on the lower Group Raster 2 to Luminance




With the centre Group Raster 2 highlighted (as shown above)

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (minus) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0




Go to your LAYER PALETTE
click on Group Raster 3 to highlight

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Raster 2)


Maximize the "Lady Painting' tube
Right click on the title bar and
select COPY from the options

Right click on the title bar of the 'frame' image and
select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options


Go to EFFECTS >>>Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3>>> Drop Shadow



Click OK


With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 7
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

select the brim of the hat...
you will have to hold down the SHIFT key as you do this




Go to EFFECTS >>>3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
same settings
select the top of the hat



REPEAT the INNER BEVEL effect
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
drag 'Raster 2' beneath 'Group Raster 3'







Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 85%
Make sure "Resize All Layers" is Unchecked

With your MOVER tool
reposition the Lady as shown below




Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
click on Raster 1 to activate

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Fine Leather



Click OK


Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge ALL (Flatten)

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders >> Symmetric 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 0
select the border

Flood fill with the Gold Foil pattern

Go to ADJUST >>> Hue & Saturation >>> Colourize





Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Resize to suit

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Save as a .jpg image

and you're done *S*
