You will need these Plugins
EYE CANDY 3

DSB Flux

Download and extract to your PSP Plugins folder



Get the "Objects.jsl" file HERE
Extract to your PSP SHAPES folder


Get the 'singlerose' tube HERE
Extract to a folder on your computer



If you don't already have these patterns in your PSP pattern folder
"Spatch" & "Gold foil"
right click and save them to a folder on your computer
then
open up both images in your PSP workspace
and minimise them

Open up the 'singlerose' tube in your PSP workspace


Load the Spatch into your Background Box



Scale = 50
Angle = 0

Do the same with the Gold foil in your Foreground Materials Box
Scale = 100
Angle = 0




Open a new image 400 x 400
transparent background

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 2)


Select your PRESET SHAPES TOOL

Locate the "Heart 1" shape
Settings:
Retain Style = Checked
Line width = Doesn't matter
Antialias = Checked
Line Style = #1 Solid




Starting at position 50 (from the left), 50 (from the top)
Drag your cursor to position
350 (from the left), 350 (from the top)
and release your mouse button





With your MAGIC WAND select
the transparent area.

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract 8

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Flood fill with the gold pattern

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand 8

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE key

DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND select
the black centre of the heart

Flood fill with the 'Spatch' pattern
DESELECT




Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate (Copy of Raster 3)

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 75%



Click OK

Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate (Copy 2 of Raster 3)

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 75%
Same settings as above




With your SELECTION TOOL
Settings:
Type = Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED

draw a rectangle around the heart shapes as shown below
