Go to IMAGE >>> Resize



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders



Click OK



Select the bottom LILAC section with your MAGIC WAND

FLOOD FILL with 'goldtexture'

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract = 3
Hit your DELETE key
FLOOD FILL with GREEN

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Texture
Use the same settings

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Go to SELECTONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat drop shadow changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND
select bottom green section



Go to SELECTONS >>> Modify >>> Expand = 4

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

DESELECT



Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Make your Foreground (MATERIALS PALETTE) NULL


Select your TEXT tool
same settings as before,
type in
"Happy St. Patrick's Day"

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Position the text centred in the box



DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize



Click OK

Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = Symmetric 3
Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Lilac border
FLOOD FILL with the 'goldtexture'


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat drop shadow changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT


Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

And you're done!!!
