You will need the following:
SIMPLE FILTERS
TOADIES
Extract to your Plugins Folder in Paint
Shop Pro.
Dragon TUBES (I've provided 2
but you'll only need one)
Gold_GD Pattern
Extract to your Paint Shop Pro 'Patterns'
folder
Right Click and save this
"Children" image to a folder on
your computer.

Open up the 'Children' image in your PSP
workspace
Create a new image 400 x 400
transparent background
Flood Fill with BLACK
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Right click on the title bar of the
"Children" image and
Select COPY from the drop down options.
Right click on the title bar of the new
image and
select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION
from the drop down options
DESELECT
Close the "Children" image
Go to EFFECTS >>> Geometric
Effects >>> Twirl
Click OK
Go to EDIT >> Redo Twirl (TWICE)
Select your SELECTION tool
Use these settings
Place your cursor in the centre of the
'twirled' image
and drag down and out almost to the edges
of the image,
this doesn't have to be exact.
Go to SELECTIONS >>>Invert
Hit your DELETE Key
DESELECT
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Toadies >>> Weaver
Use DEFAULT settings
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 85%
Click OK
Open up the "Dragon 2" tube
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Right click on the title bar of the
"Dragon 2" image and
Select COPY from the drop down options.
Right click on the title bar of the new
image and
select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION
from the drop down options
Centre the image
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical = - (minus) 1
Horizontal = - (minus) 1
Opacity = 100%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow with the SAME settings
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge visible
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Contract = 30
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to EFFECTS >>>Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Top
Bottom Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>>Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Left
Right Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>>Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Diamonds
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical = - (minus) 1
Horizontal = - (minus) 1
Opacity = 100%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow changing the Vertical
& Horizontal settings to 1
Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Cutout
Click OK
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Load the Gold_GD pattern in your
Background Styles Box
Flood fill the selected area with the
gold pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Expand = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE Key
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 70%
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked
Select the Gold border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 100%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow changing the
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Contract = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Flood fill the selected area with the
gold pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use same settings as before
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow changing the
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>>Merge Merge All
(Flatten)
Resize to suit
If you resize....
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen
>>> Unsharp Mask
And you're done *S*
