Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN the bottom 'Merged' layer and click on it
to highlight and activate




Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the silver foreground pattern





Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Change the Layer Blend Mode on RASTER 1 to LUMINANCE (L)
Reduce the OPACITY to 70%




Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Maximize the 'woman' tube
Right click on the title bar and
select COPY from the options


Right click on the title bar of your Frame image and
select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options

Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 75%
Make sure "Resize all layers: is UNCHECKED
Centre the image
DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the top 'Merged Layer' to activate



Go to ADJUST >>> BRIGHTNESS & CONTRAST >>> GAMMA CORRECTION



Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> REPEAT ADJUST COLOUR GAMMA CORRECT
(You can add a drop shadow here if you wish... I didn't *S*)

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)




Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 5
ANY COLOUR except GREY

With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0

Select the border and FLOOD FILL
with the silver foreground pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
EXCEPT CHANGE THE COLOUR TO 'GREY' (#C0C0C0)
(That's C zero C zero C zero)
Click OK

DESELECT


*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Maximize the 'silver corner' tube
Right click on the title bar and
select COPY from the options


Right click on the title bar of your Frame image and
select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options
Position the 'corner' at the top left of your frame.
DESELECT




Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
CLOSE the Background Layer

Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE
Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> FLIP
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN the Background Layer
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE




Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER

Maximize the 'deco1' tube
Right click on the title bar and
select COPY from the options


Right click on the title bar of your Frame image and
select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options
Position the 'deco1' tube at the centre left of your frame.
DESELECT





Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to IMAGE >>> MIRROR



Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)


Resize to suit

Go to ADJUST >>> SHARPNESS >>> SHARPEN

Save as a .jpg image
