Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Raster 4)

Select your PRESET SHAPES tool
Use these settings



Make your Foreground Blue and your Background NULL

Draw a circle as shown below




Change your Foreground to Green and your Background to Gold.

Select your TEXT tool
Use these settings



Hover your cursor over the curved line until you see
an "A" with a curve beneath it,
and position your cursor as indicated by the red arrow above,
then Left Click


and type in "Happy St Pat's Day"

Click OK




Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK

Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

DESELECT

If a dialogue box appears advising that
"The current floating section will be defloated.....
Do you want to continue?"
CLICK "YES"



Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Right click on Vector 1 and select DELETE from the options
This will get rid of the blue circle.



Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge all (Flatten)

Using your SELECTION tool
Set to RECTANGLE
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED



Trim the excess from your image

Go to IMAGE >>> Crop to selection


Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Save as a .jpg file.
