Eye Candy3
Extract to your Paint Shop Pro 8 /Plugins folder

Eye Candy 4000
download
Extract to your PSP 8 /Plugins folder

Gradient 'mqc Curl' download
Gradient 'teom_winter' download
Extract to your PSP 8 /Gradients folder

Mask 'beryl0087' download
Extract to your PSP 8 /Masks folder

Right click and save the "Remembering " image to a folder on your computer

Open up the "Remembering" image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote Background Layer
Close the original image.

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange >>> Send Layer to Bottom

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and click on Raster 1 to activate

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
Use these settings



Click OK





Select the transparent area with your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Flood fill with PINK ( #E2CCBE )

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and change the
Blend Mode on Raster 3 to "Color (Legacy)"




Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Load the "mqc Curl" Gradient in the lower (background)
MATERIALS PALETTE
Use these settings





Flood fill the selected area with the gradient.
Go to EFFECTS >>> Edge Effects >>> Enhance

Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand = 10
Go to SELECTIONS >>>> Invert
Go to EDIT >>> Clear
DESELECT


Select the transparent area with your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 180
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED

Select the new border you just created
(You may have to hold down your SHIFT key as you select)

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use these settings.




Click OK

DESELECT
