Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4 Symmetric
COLOUR = Black

Using your MAGIC WAND
and the same settings
Selct the BLACK border
Flood fill with the 'teom_earthtones gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the preset METALLIC bevel settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT






Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 10 Symmetric
COLOUR = Black

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4 Symmetric
COLOUR = WHITE

Using your MAGIC WAND
and the same settings
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the 'teom_earthtones gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the preset METALLIC bevel settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT


Click on the arrows between the Foreground and Background boxes
on your MATERIALS PALETTE
to change the Background to BLACK




Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 20 Symmetric
COLOUR = WHITE

Using your MAGIC WAND
and the same settings
Select the WHITE border

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Flood fill the selected area with the 'teom_earthtones gradient
DESELECT

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> SIMPLE >>> Quick Tile





Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> VM Natural >>> Ripper
Use the same settings

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use these Settings



Click OK

REPEAT Inner Bevel effect

Go to EFFECTS >>>Edge Effects >>> Enhance



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4 Symmetric
COLOUR = RED

Using your MAGIC WAND
and the same settings
Select the RED border
Flood fill with the 'teom_earthtones gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the preset METALLIC bevel settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT








Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 10 Symmetric
COLOUR = BLACK



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border = 4 Symmetric
COLOUR = RED

Using your MAGIC WAND
and the same settings
Select the RED border
Flood fill with the 'teom_earthtones gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the preset METALLIC bevel settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT


Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
Use these settings
(OR Whatever Height you wish)



Click OK

You may go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen if you wish
(I didn't *S*)
and then you're finished.
