BORDER 1



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20
COLOUR = WHITE


Click OK

With you MAGIC WAND
select the WHITE border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> Diamonds

Go to ADJUST >>> Blur >>> Gaussian Blur
Radius = 5.95


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>>> Swirl



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>>> Jiggle




Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> 4 Way Average

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> Blintz

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> 4 Way Average

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>>> Jiggle
Use same settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> Artistic Effects >>> Enamel



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS <<< Plugins >>>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass

Clickthe SETTINGS Tab
and select CLEAR GLASS

Click the BASIC Tab
then use these settings



Click OK


Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness <<< Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Redo Drop Shadow changing
"Direction" to 130
Click OK

DESELECT





BORDER 2

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10

Click OK

With you MAGIC WAND
select the WHITE border

Change your Foreground (Styles Box) colour to Pale Blue ( #7F9ECD )

Flood fill the border with the Pale Blue.

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus)1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS <<< Plugins >>>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use the same settings

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen More

DESELECT





BORDER 3

Change your Background colour to Light Tan ( #DEBE9D )

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20

With you MAGIC WAND
select the Light Tan border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> Blintz

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> 4 Way Average

Go to EFFECTS >>> Artistic Effects >>> Enamel
Use the same settings

Go to EFFECTS <<< Plugins >>>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use the same settings

Go to EFFECTS <<< Plugins >>>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass (Again)
Use the same settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen More





BORDER 4


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10
COLOUR = Pale Blue ( #7F9ECD )
Click OK


With you MAGIC WAND
select the Pale Blue border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS <<< Plugins >>>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use the same settings

Go to EFFECTS <<< Plugins >>>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass (Again)
Use the same settings

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen More


DESELECT





FRAME FINISH


With your SELECTION tool
Same settings
Select the inner section of the frame



Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to COLOURS >>> Adjust >>> Gamma Correction
Use the same settings
Click OK

DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 85%

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Unsharp Mask
Use same settings

AND YOU'RE FINISHED!!!

Save as a .jpg file *S*
