PERFUME BOTTLES

You will need the following for this tutorial:


The
EYE CANDY 4000 plugin
Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder.

Tubes you will need can be downloaded

Gradients you will need can be downloaded
HERE

Open a new image 300 x 300
with Transparent background
16 million colours

Go to LAYERS >>>New Raster Layer

Go to your Background Materials Box and load the
"mcq Flamingo" gradient.





FLOOD FILL your image

Go to EFFECTS >>> Geometric Effects >>> Circle
Rdge Mode = Transparent

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 50%
Make sure "Resize All Layers" is UNCHECKED




With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNchecked

select the area surrounding the circle
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Feather = 5
Hit your DELETE key.
(This softens the edge of the circle)
DESELECT




Go to your Foreground Materials Box and load colour
#9194FF



With your MAGIC WAND
again select the area surrounding the circle
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Contract = 25
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
FLOOD FILL with the purple colour


Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand = 5
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE key.
DESELECT




Go to LAYERS >>> Duplicate
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 75%

Go to your LAYER PALETTE and close Raster 1
by clicking on the 'eyes'




Go to LAYERS >>>Merge >>> Merge Visible



Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EYECANDY 4000 >>> Glass
Go to SETTINGS >>> Sharp Cut




Go to the BASIC tab
Use these settings:








OK... let's go make the 'stopper' (top) for the bottle
