You will need
EyeCandy 4000 download
Extract to your 'Paint Shop Pro/Plugins' folder.

You will also need this
MASK
Extract to your 'Paint Shop Pro/Masks' folder

Finally... you'll need the
mqc Silvery Gradient
Extract to your 'Paint Shop Pro/Gradients' folder


Save the image below to a folder on your computer

Open up your Panda Image

Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original image

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Unsharp Mask
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders
Use these settings




Select your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNChecked

Select the new border


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



DESELECT


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders
Use these settings



Click OK

Load your 'mqc Silvery' gradient in your Foreground
COLOUR PALETTE



Select your MAGIC WAND
Use the same settings
Select the WHITE border and
Flood Fill with the SILVERY gradient


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings



Click OK


Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with 'BROWN' colour ( #463719 )

Go to LAYERS >>> Load/Save Mask >>> Load Mask from Disk



Click LOAD





Go to LAYERS >>> DELETE



Click YES


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Click on the SETTINGS tab and select GLASS TUBING
Click on the BASIC tab and use these settings




Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen


Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders
Use these settings



Click OK


Select the border with your MAGIC WAND


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Use the same settings
Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Resize to suit
Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Save as a .JPG file
