Go to your LAYER PALETTE
and click on Raster 2 to activate

Hit your DELETE key

The centre of the image should now be transparent.
DESELECT

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
and click on Raster 3 to activate

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 65
Blur = 2.50

REPEAT DROP SHADOW
With the SAME settings



Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close Raster 1
Make sure Raster 2 is still highlighted
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge Visible



With your MAGIC WAND
TOLERANCE = 8
Click on the Peach area surrounding the frame
Hold down your SHIFT key and select the leaves
and the scroll areas as shown below





Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand 1

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel





DESELECT

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen





Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Activate Raster 1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All


Right click and COPY 'BIRDS' image

Right click and PASTE INTO SELECTION
on frame image
DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Activate Merged Layer

With your MAGIC WAND
TOLERANCE = 8

Click in the centre of the image
Hold down your SHIFT key and select the centre of
scrolls and leaves which overlap.
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand = 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>>> Drop Shadow









Now we'll add the borders.
I made them pretty simple because I didn't want to overdo
the image with 'fussiness' *S*

Border 1

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border 3
Colour = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
TOLERANCE = 0
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the GOLD FOIL pattern

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Border 2

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border 3
Colour = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
TOLERANCE = 0
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the GOLD FOIL pattern

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to ADJUST >>> Hue & Saturation >>> Colourize
Hue = 18
Saturation = 182

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to = 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Border 3

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border 10
Colour = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
TOLERANCE = 0
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with solid PEACH ( #C79586 )

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Border 3
Colour = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
TOLERANCE = 0
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the GOLD FOIL pattern

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow

Opacity = 100

Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to = 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Colour = WHITE

TOLERANCE = 0
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the GOLD FOIL pattern

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpness >>> Sharpen

Go to ADJUST >>> Hue & Saturation >>> Colourize
Hue = 18
Saturation = 182


DESELECT

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before
COLOUR = ( #C79586 )

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to = 1
Click OK
DESELECT
