Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder

'GoldFoil' pattern
download
Download and extract to your PSP Patterns folder.


Brush Frame
download
Download and extract to your PSP Brushes folder.


Click on the BIRDS image below to be taken to the larger image
then right click and save to a folder on your computer

Open up the 'Birds' image and minimise for the moment.

Load the GOLD FOIL pattern in the upper (foreground)
MATERIALS PALETTE

Load the PEACH ( #C79586 ) solid colour
in the lower (background)
MATERIALS PALETTE

Open a new 400 x 400 image
Transparent background

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Flood fill with PEACH ( #C79586 )



Click on your PAINTBRUSH tool
(Don't worry about selecting the brush yet)

Go to VIEW >>> Palettes >>> Brush Variance





Click on the RESET button at the far right of the Palette



Go to your TOOLS PALETTE
Click on the arrow to the right of the Menu window
and select Frame 3
Make sure "Load Variance" is checked
(at the bottom left of this window - not shown here.)




Use these settings




Centre the image of the brush frame and LEFT click











With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the blank centre of the image
Hold down your SHIFT key and select the inner sections
of the scrolls and leaves as shown below
