Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder

'GoldFoil' pattern
download
Download and extract to your PSP Patterns folder.


Brush Frame
download
Download and extract to your PSP Brushes folder.


Click on the BIRDS image below to be taken to the larger image
then right click and save to a folder on your computer

Open up the 'Birds' image and minimise for the moment.

Load the GOLD FOIL pattern in the upper (foreground)
COLOUR PALETTE

Load the PEACH ( #C79586 ) solid colour
in the lower (background)
COLOUR PALETTE

Open a new 400 x 400 image
Transparent background

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 2)
Flood fill with PEACH ( #C79586 )

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 3)

Click on your PAINTBRUSH tool


Go to TOOL OPTIONS
Insert settings as shown below


THEN
click on the BRUSH TYPES icon





Select the Frame 32... it should be at the bottom of your
Brushes Options window.
(It will be a different number on your computer)



Click OK


Place your cursor at 200 pixels across x 200 pixels down
and LEFT click





Go to IMAGE >>> RESIZE = 150%




With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the blank centre of the image
