Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer


Make your Foreground palette NULL
Select RED for your Background Colour
Select your TEXT tool
Use these settings

Type in..
"Happy
Valentine's Day"




Click OK



Go to EFFECTS >>> 3 D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings as before
Click OK

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect changing the
Vertical & Horizontal offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Position your text at the bottom of your image

Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select None



You can finish here if you like *S*

I changed my mind (a woman's perogative *S*)

I'm going to add 2 more small silver borders...

Change the colour in your Background Styles Box to WHITE

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders



Click OK

Locate your silver gradient in your
Foreground Styles Box (Pattern)
on your COLOUR PALETTE

Select the WHITE border with your Magic Wand
and
Flood fill with the silver gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3 D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings as before
Click OK

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect changing the
Vertical & Horizontal offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders
Same settings (Symmetrical 3)

Select the border with your Magic Wand
and
Flood fill with the silver gradient

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3 D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings as before
Click OK

Repeat the Drop Shadow effect changing the
Vertical & Horizontal offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Save your image as a .JPG file.
