Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Change your Foreground to SOLID WHITE
Change your Background by left clicking in the palette window
and when the Options appear
TURN OFF TEXTURE





Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders



Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the Gradient


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the following settings



Click OK


Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT this time
change the Vertical & Horizontal offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK



Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use the following settings




Click OK

With your EYEDROPPER TOOL
left click to select BLUE from the background of the image

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders
Left click on the COLOR OPTIONS window
and select the BLUE you just loaded onto your foreground palette
Set the size at 15 pixels



Click OK


With your MAGIC WAND
select the BLUE border

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Jiggle




Click OK
DESELECT



Go to your MATERIALS PALETTE
Change your Foreground to SOLID WHITE



Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders



Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the Gradient


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the following settings



Click OK


Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT this time
change the Vertical & Horizontal offsets to - (minus) 1
Click OK



Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use the following settings




Click OK

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 25
Color = WHITE

With your MAGIC WAND
select the WHITE border


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass



Click OK

Repeat the GLASS effect
DESELECT


and you're finished *S*

Save your image as a .JPG file
and resize if necessary.
