You will need
EyeCandy 3 download
EyeCandy 4000 download

You will also need this
MASK
Extract to your 'Paint Shop Pro/Masks' folder

You will also need this
teom_ruby Gradient
Extract to your 'Paint Shop Pro/Gradients' folder


Go to HERE and save the larger image of the picture below

Open up the "Anime Lovers" image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>>Duplicate
Close the original Image


Go to LAYERS >>> Promote to Layer

Go to MASKS >>> Load from Disk.

Locate the HEARTSM mask and
Click OPEN






Go to LAYERS >>> Delete



Click YES

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 2)
Go to LAYERS >>> Send to Bottom


Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
and load the "Teom_Ruby" Gradient
and the "Pinwheel" Texture
in your (lower) Background Textures Palette
using the settings below





Right Click to fill Layer 2


Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer (Layer 3)
Go to LAYERS >>> Send to Bottom

Go to your COLOOUR PALETTE
and in your (upper) Foreground Palette
load the solid colour BLUE ( #4397F5 )



Left click to flood fill Layer 3.


On your LAYER PALETTE
Click on the "glasses" next to "Layer 1" to close the layer
Make sure Layer 3 or 4 is highlighted.



Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge Visible

Click on the "glasses" next to "Group - Raster 1" to open the layer
and click on Layer 1 to highlight and activate it.

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize
Use these settings



Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 4000 >>> Glass
Click on the "Settings" Tab and select "Glass Tubing"
then click on the "Basic" tab and use the following settings.




Click OK

Go to ADJUST >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the following settings



Click OK


Repeat Drop Shadow effect BUT this time
change the Vertical & Horizontal offsets to - (minus) 4
Click OK

Right... now we're ready to add a frame *S*

Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge All (Flatten)

(This would be a good time to save your image.)
