download
Download and extract to your PSP Patterns folder.


Eye Candy 3
download
or
download


FUN HOUSE 1 & 2
download

Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder

Right click and save this image to your computer




Load the GOLD FOIL pattern into your
Foreground (upper) box in your
MATERIALS PALETTE
Scale = 100
Angle = 0


Open up your Owl image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original image


Go to LAYERS >>> PROMOTE BACKGROUND LAYER

Click on your SELECTION TOOL
Click on CUSTOM SELECTION



Enter these co-ordinates



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

REPEAT DROP SHADOW EFFECT
Changing the DIRECTION to 313

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (Copy of Raster 1)
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> FUN HOUSE >>> XAGGERATE



Click OK





Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE (Copy (2) of Raster 1)
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR

Flood Fill selected area with the Gold Foil pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>>EXPAND 3


Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT (Select >>> None)


With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 150
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the gold border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT (Select >>> None)

With your MAGIC WAND
Click in the centre of your image

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use the last settings
DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Click in the area outside the gold border



Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on "Copy of Raster1" to activate

Go to LAYERS >>> DUPLICATE
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>>EXPAND 10

Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 160


Select the border area




Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to = 1
Click OK

DESELECT
