Go to your LAYER PALETTE
DRAG 'Raster 3' below 'Raster 2'





Click on Raster 2 to activate

With your MAGIC WAND
Tolerance = 50
Holding down your SHIFT KEY
Select the remaining BLACK and BLUE sections
Be sure to pick up the stray pixels along each BLUE edge



Flood fill with BLUE



Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK



Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS >>> CYBIA >>> SCREENWORKS >>> PIN HOLE





DESELECT





Go to your LAYER PALETTE and
CLOSE the MERGED Layer



Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE VISIBLE

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the outer transparent section

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill the section with the 'gabriel-zilver' pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT


With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 85
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the silver border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the outer transparent section

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill the section with the solid BLUE

Go to EFFECTS >>> TEXTURE EFFECTS >>> FINE LEATHER
COLOUR = #595959



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
DESELECT


Go to SELECTIONS >>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> CONTRACT 12
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT

Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Flood fill with the SILVER pattern
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY >>> EXPAND = 4
Go to SELECTIONS >>> INVERT
Go to EDIT >>> CLEAR
DESELECT



With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 85
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the SILVER border

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - ( minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
DESELECT


Go to your LAYER PALETTE
OPEN the bottom MERGED LAYER
Go to LAYERS >>> MERGE >>> MERGE ALL (Flatten)

Go to LAYERS >>> NEW RASTER LAYER
Go to IMAGE >>>> ADD BORDER = SYMMETRIC 4
COLOUR = BLUE ( #62749A )


Go to IMAGE >>>> ADD BORDER = SYMMETRIC 4
COLOUR = WHITE


With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the SILVER pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0

Repeat Drop Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - ( minus ) 1
Click OK

DESELECT

Change your background colour to BLUE
Go to IMAGE >>>> ADD BORDER = SYMMETRIC 1


Resize to suit
Save as a .jpg image
