Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 350 x
350
Change your Background colour to RED
Go to IMAGE
>>> Add Borders = 5
Click OK
With your MAGIC WAND select the red
border
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow
Use the same settings BUT CHANGE the
Opacity to 75%
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 2
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
With your MAGIC WAND select the red
border
Load Solid GREEN ( #606E5D ) into your
FOREground colour palette
Flood fill the red border with the GREEN
Go to EFFECTS >>> Artistic
Effects >>> Brush Strokes
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Reflection
Effects >>> Kaleidoscope
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen
>>> Sharpen
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Repeat drop shadow effect changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 3
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5
Click OK
With your MAGIC WAND select the red
border
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 4
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20
Click OK
With your MAGIC WAND select the red
border
Flood fill with WHITE
Go to EFFECTS >>> Reflection
Effects >>> Kaleidoscope
Use the same settings
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Reflection
Effects >>> Kaleidoscope
Use these settings
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect changing
Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 5
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5
Use the same settings
Click OK
With your MAGIC WAND select the red
border
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect changing

Use the same settings BUT CHANGE the

I've resized mine to 400 x 400
You resize to suit yourself *S*
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen
>>> Sharpen
