With your MAGIC WAND select the tranparent area
Flood fill with the Pinkfoil pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Horizontal & Vertical = 1
Opacity = 65
Blur = 0
Colour = Black
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy3 >>> Dropshadow
Use the same settings
Click OK



Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify >>> Expand 3
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Hit your DELETE key

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

Flood fill the selected area with the Solid pink (Foreground) colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> Noise >>> Add Noise
Settings
Noise = 16
Random

Go to EFFECTS >>> Geometric Effects >>> Pixilate



Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Mosaic Antique



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Xero >>> Porcelain



Click OK

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Porcelain

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT




Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

Select the RED Border with your MAGIC WAND

Flood fill with the Pinkfoil Pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT






Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

Select the RED Border with your MAGIC WAND

Flood fill with the Pink foreground colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Simple Filters >>> Diamonds
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> DSB Flux >>> Bubbles



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel


DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

Select the RED Border with your MAGIC WAND

Flood fill with the Pinkfoil Pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT






Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 12

Select the RED Border with your MAGIC WAND

Flood fill with the Pink foreground colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings

Go to EDIT >>> Repeat Inner Bevel


DESELECT





Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

Select the RED Border with your MAGIC WAND

Flood fill with the Pinkfoil Pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing Horizontal & Vertical = - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT




Go to IMAGE >>> Resize




Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen




Now... you can leave it like this OR
add some text for Mother's Day **S**
