Okay...
let's fix those tulips....
Click on the minimised 'floral' image to
open it in your workspace.
Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Click on the arrow in your Upper Styles
Box
and select SOLID from the options
>>>>>>>

Select your RETOUCH tool
Use these settings

With your EYEDROPPER tool
left click on one of the bluish colours
in the 'floral' image.
Select your RETOUCH tool
and 'colour in' a couple of the tulips.
You may have to zoom in to do this
carefully.
(You can also adjust the SIZE of the
brush on your retouch tool)

With your EYEDROPPER tool
left click on one of the redish colours
in the 'floral' image.
Select your RETOUCH tool
and 'colour in' a couple more of the
tulips.

With your EYEDROPPER tool
left click on one of the pinkish colours
in the 'floral' image.
Select your RETOUCH tool
and 'colour in' the last of the tulips.

Last one....
With your EYEDROPPER tool
left click on one of the green colours in
the 'floral' image.
Select your RETOUCH tool
and 'colour in' the leaves and stems.
Last one....
With your EYEDROPPER tool
left click on one of the DARK PINK
colours in the 'floral' image.
Select your RETOUCH tool
and 'colour in' the bow.

DO NOT DESELECT
Now... don't these colours look better

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> EyeCandy3 >>> Drop
Shadow
Use these settings

Click OK
DESELECT
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge All (Flatten)
With your SELECTION tool
Set to RECTANGLE
Draw a rectangle around your image
(so we can remove the excess background)

Go to IMAGE >>> Crop to
selection.
Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Click on the arrow in the Upper Styles
box
and select the PATTERN icon from the
options.
Reload the GOLD pattern
Make sure the GREEN and PALE PINK are
loaded in the top
Foreground and Background boxes.
Your Colour Palette should look like this

Now we'll frame the image
Click on the arrows between the Green and
Pale Pink boxes
to swap the colours around.
The Green should now be on the right.
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3
Select the Green border with your MAGIC
WAND
Flood fill with the GOLD pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect BUT change
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> EyeCandy3 >>> Drop
Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 2
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 13
Select the Green border with your MAGIC
WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect BUT change
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 3
Click on the arrows between the Green and
Pale Pink boxes
to swap the colours around.
The PINK should now be on the right.
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3
Select the PINK border with your MAGIC
WAND
Flood fill with the GOLD pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect BUT change
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> EyeCandy3 >>> Drop
Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 4
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 13
Select the PINK border with your MAGIC
WAND
Flood fill with the FLORAL pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect BUT change
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 5
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3
Select the PINK border with your MAGIC
WAND
Flood fill with the GOLD pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK
Click OK
Repeat drop shadow effect BUT change
Vertical & Horizontal settings to -
(minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT

Resize your image to suit and don't
forget to sharpen it *S*
Save as a .jpg file
