You will need Eye Candy 3.1 or 3.03

download
AND
Eye Candy 4000
download

The 'BellBottom Laser' font can be downloaded
HERE

The 'tulips' tube can be downloaded
HERE

Right click and save the following 3 images to a folder on your computer

Open the 3 images above in your PSP workspace.
Minimise all except the colour swatch


With your EYEDROPPER tool
right click on the pink section of the swatch
and left click on the green section.
This will load the colours into your background and foreground
sections of your MATERIALS palette.




Minimise the colour swatch.


Open a new image 450 x 300
transparent background


Flood Fill with the Pale Pink colour from the swatch.

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Load the floral pattern into your Backround (Lower) Materials Box
Scale = 75%
Angle = 0

Load the gold pattern into your Foreround (Upper) Materials Box
Scale = 100%
Angle = 0


Select your TEXT tool
Use the following settings and type in
"Happy
Mother's Day"



Click OK


Position your Text towards the top centre of your image

Click on your DEFORMATION tool
and drag the centre bottom node to just below
the half way mark on your image



Click on one of the other tools to DESELECT

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings



Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy 4000 >>> Glass
Click on the "SETTINGS" tab and select GLASS TUBING.
Then use the following settings



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen >>> Sharpen

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Settings:
Vertical & Horizontal = 1
Opacity = 80%
Blur = 0
Colour = BLACK

Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> EyeCandy3 >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK.




Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Open up the 'tulip' tube in your PSP workspace
Right click on the title bar and select COPY from the options.

Right click on the title bar of your text image
and select PASTE AS NEW SELECTION from the options.

Position the tulips in the bottom section of your image
just below your text.



Geez! The colours look pretty awful!
Let's fix that!! *S*

DO NOT DESELECT.
