Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with the Goldfoil pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT




Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with a CREAM ( #E1E5F0 ) colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Fine Leather
Use the same settings

Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
BUT
change the COLOUR to ( #DAD6B9)



Click OK
DESELECT





Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with the Goldfoil pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK
DESELECT






Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with the Green colour ( #869669 )

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Fine Leather
Use the same settings

Click OK


Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings



Click OK
DESELECT








Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with the Goldfoil pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK

DESELECT







With your SELECTION TOOL
Set to Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNCHECKED
Select the centre portion of the frame



Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert

Go to EFFECTS >> Plugins >>> EyeCandy 4000 >>> Glass
Click on the SETTINGS TAB
and select GLASS TUBING
then use the settings below




Click OK

Go to Adjust >>>Sharpness >>> Sharpen

DESELECT

Resize to suit your purpose

Go to Adjust >>>Sharpness >>> Sharpen


Save as a .jpg file
and that's it.
