Right click and save this image to your computer



If you don't already have a
Goldfoil Pattern
in your Patterns Folder in PSP8
Right click and save this image to your computer

Open up the Goldfoil pattern in your PSP workspace and Minimize


Open up the IRISH COTTAGE image in PSP
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close original image

On your MATERIALS PALETTE
Load GREEN ( #869669 ) into your upper (foreground) box
Load Goldfoil (Pattern) into your lower (background) Box
Scale = 50
Angle = 0




Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3



Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
Settings:
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED

select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with the Goldfoil pattern

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK
DESELECT

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 12

With your MAGIC WAND
select the Blue Border
FLOOD FILL with the Green colour

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings



Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow changing
Horizontal & Vertical settings to - (minus) 1
Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Texture Effects >>> Fine Leather
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects >>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings



Click OK
DESELECT
