Download and Install Simple Filters if you don't already have them.

The EYE CANDY 3 plugin
Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder.


DSB Flux download plugin


Xero plugins - you'll need Set3
( you may as well download both sets since they are both new)
Set_3
Set_4

Right click the images below and save to a folder on your computer

Open up the "Hangpatt" image amd minimise it.


Open up the "Hanging out" image in your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate

Close original image.



Go to IMAGE >>> resize = 350 on longest side






Click OK

Go to LAYERS >>> Promote to Layer

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer
Go to LAYERS >>> Arrange >>> Send to Bottom

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Click on Layer 1 to activate

LAYERS >>> Duplicate

Go to your LAYER PALETTE
Close 'Copy of Layer 1' by clicking on the 'glasses'
Click on 'Layer 1' to activate

Wtith your SELECTION tool
Settings:
Type = Rectangle
Feather = 0
Antialias = Uchecked
select area as shown below



Go to SELECTIONS >>>Invert

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Xero >>> Tekstya
Use these settings



Click OK

Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins >>> Eye Candy 3 >>> Drop Shadow



Click OK

Go to SELECTIONS >>>Invert
Repeat drop shadow effect

LAYER PALETTE
Click on 'Copy of Layer 1' to activate

Go to SELECTIONS >>>Invert
Hit your DELETE key
Repeat drop shadow effect

DESELECT

LAYER PALETTE
Close Layer 2



Go to LAYERS >>> Merge >>> Merge Visible

Go to IMAGE >>> Resize



Click OK


You should now have this
