You will need the following for this
tutorial.
The VM Experimental plugin
Click on the link with the ZIP icon
"Veuillez telecharger ici"
Eye Candy 3
download
Eye Candy 4000
download
Flaming Pear 'Designer Sextet' which
includes Laquer
download
The last one you'll need is Simple Filters
Download and extract
to your PSP Plugins Folder.

Click on the image below to be taken to a
larger image
which you should save to a folder on your
computer
Isn't she gorgeous!! *S*

Open up the larger image in your PSP
workspace.
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original image.
Go to LAYERS >>> Promote to
Layer
Go to COLOURS >>> Negative Image
Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Change background colour to #F9E2DA
and your foreground colour to #8E9BC2

Flood fill the new layer with the 'pink'
background colour
Go to yourLAYER PALETTE AND
Change the BLEND MODE to 'Difference'

Notice the
more natural colouring??
Go to IMAGE >>> Resize = 75%

Click OK
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> VM Experimental >>>
Needles & Pins

Click OK

IF YOU DON'T HAVE
"EYE CANDY 4000 >>>
CORONA"
GO TO THE NEXT
INSTRUCTION
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> EyeCandy 4000 >>>
Corona
Click on the SETTINGS TAB and
Select "Maroon Eclipse"
Use the default settings

Click OK
IF YOU USED EYE
CANDY 4000 CORONA
OMIT THIS INSTRUCTION
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> EyeCandy 3 >>> Glow
COLOR = #40171F

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow

Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow, changing
Vertical and Horizontal settings to -
(minus 4)
Click OK
DESELECT
Change your Background colour to Maroon (
#40171F )
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 20
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use these settings
Click OK

Repeat Drop Shadow, changing
Vertical and Horizontal settings to -
(minus 1)
Click OK
DESELECT
Change the Background colour to Pink
#F9E2DA
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 15
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Top
Bottom Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Left
Right Wrap
Go to EFFECTS >>> Blur
>>> Gaussian Blur

Click OK
Change the Background colour to #B98776
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 6
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Flaming Pear >>>
Laquer
Use these settings
COLOURS
WHITE = #E4E6E4
GREEN = #B0C0AA

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use the same settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow, changing
Vertical and Horizontal settings to -
(minus 1)
Click OK
DESELECT
Change your background colour to Maroon
#640202

Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 1
Change your background colour to the
'pink' colour( #F9E2DA )
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> Laquer
(it should be sitting just above your
Plugins link)
Repeat Laquer effect by clicking OK.
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 5
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> Laquer
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow

Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow, changing
Vertical and Horizontal settings to -
(minus 1)
Click OK
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 3
Select the border with your MAGIC WAND
Go to EFFECTS >>> Laquer
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Use Same Settings
Click OK
Repeat Drop Shadow, changing
Vertical and Horizontal settings to -
(minus 1)
Click OK
DESELECT
Resize your image to suit.
Go to EFFECTS >>> Sharpen
>>> Unsharp Mask
