pattern
download
Download and extract
to your PSP Patterns folder.
'Metallic 2' gradient
download
Download and extract
to your PSP Gradients folder.
You will also need the "Corner"
& "BW Rose" tubes
which you can download HERE
Extract to a folder
on your computer
Greg's Factory Output Vol II
download
Download and extract to your PSP Plugins Folder.

Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Load the GOLD FOIL Pattern in your
Foreground box
Scale = 100
Angle = 0
Load the 'metallic 2' GRADIENT in your
background Box
Angle = 320
Repeats = 0
Open up the black and white rose tube in
your PSP workspace
Go to WINDOW >>> Duplicate
Close the original tube
With your MAGIC WAND
Mode = Replace
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 25
Feather = 0
Antialias = UNchecked
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select part of the BLACK section of the
rose
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Select Similar

Select your AIRBRUSH tool

and sweep back and forth across your
image holding down your
left mouse button until all the black
area is now gold.
DESELECT
With your MAGIC WAND
Same settings
Select one of the white petals
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Select Similar
Same settings
Select your AIRBRUSH tool
Same settings
and sweep back and forth across your
image holding down your
RIGHT mouse button until all the black
area is now filled with the
"metallic 2" gradient.
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical = 1
Horizontal = 0
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0

DESELECT
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 4
Opacity = 80
Blur = 23.5
On your MATERIALS PALETTE
Click on the arrows between the
Foreground and Background
boxes to move the 'metallic 2' GRADIENT
to the Foreground
and replace the Gold Pattern with SOLID
BLUE (#6C8FAB)

Go to your LAYERS >>> New Raster
Layer
Go to your LAYERS >>> Arrange
>>> Send to bottom
Flood fill with the SOLID BLUE
Go to LAYERS >>> Merge
>>> Merge All (Flatten)
BORDER 1
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Select All
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Modify
>>> Contract = 10
Go to SELECTIONS >>> Invert
Flood fill with the 'metallic 2' gradient
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 2
Opacity = 80
Blur = 10.60
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Opacity = 80
Blur = 0
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 2
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10
COLOUR = RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the RED border
Change Background colour to BLUE
(#6C8FAB)
Flood fill with BLUE
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 3
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 10
COLOUR = WHITE
Right click on your FOREGROUND STYLES box
Check "Invert Gradient"
Click OK

With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the WHITE border
Flood fill with the 'metallic 2' gradient
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (
minus ) 1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Greg's Factory Output Vol II
>>> Pool Shadow

Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 4
Go to IMAGE >>> Add Borders = 25
COLOUR = RED
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the RED border
Flood fill with the solid BLUE
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Simple >>> Diamonds
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use same settings
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets =1
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to = -
( minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
