You will need the following plugins

The
EYE CANDY 3 plugin

The
EYE CANDY 4000 plugin

The
DSB Flux plugin

The
CRESCENT MOON plugin

Download and extract these to your PSP Plugins Folder.



Go to
HERE and download the
GOLD and SILVER Patterns and MESH TUBE
EXTRACT to a folder on your computer




Go to
HERE and save the large images
(from left to right...Ethereal1, Ethereal2 and Ethereal3)
on your computer




Open up all the images and the MESH tube in your PSP workspace


Open a new image 600 x 400
Transparent Background

Go to LAYERS >>> New Raster Layer

Right click on the Title Bar of the
Ethereal2 image
(the CENTRE one above)
and select COPY from the drop down options.

Right click on the Title Bar of your new image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the drop down options.

Right click on the Title Bar of the
Ethereal1 image
(the LEFT one above)
and select COPY from the drop down options.

Right click on the Title Bar of your new image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the drop down options.

Slide
Ethereal1 to the left side of your image
Level with the top of the centre image and
30 pixels in from the left (see below)
(Raster 4)

Right click on the Title Bar of the
Ethereal3 image
(the RIGHT one above)
and select COPY from the drop down options.

Right click on the Title Bar of your new image
and select PASTE AS NEW LAYER from the drop down options.

Slide
Ethereal3 to the right side of your image
Level with the top of the centre image and
30 pixels in from the right (see below)
(Raster 5)

Close Ethereal1, Ethereal2 and Ethereal3 images

Go to EDIT >>> Empty >>>
Clipboard
(It's a good idea to do this so that PSP's memory is not clogged up
with unnecessary information which sometimes causes it to freeze)

Save as a
.psp (tube) image
