Download and extract to your PSP Plugins
Folder
Right click and save this image to a
folder on your computer.

Go to your COLOUR PALETTE
Load Light Tan ( #D6B585 ) into your
Background Styles box
Load Dark Tan ( #A2735A ) into your
Foreground Styles box
THEN
Click on the black arrow on your
Foreground Styles box
and select the PATTERN icon..
Load the "Annissa 27" pattern
Scale = 100
Angle = 0
Click on the black arrow on your
Background Styles box
and select the PATTERN icon..
Load the "Annissa 26" pattern
Scale = 100
Angle = 0
Your COLOUR PALETTE should look like this

Open up the Desert Rose image in your PSP
workspace.
Go to WINDOW >>> DUPLICATE
Close the original image
Go to EFFECTS >>> ILLUMINATION
EFFECTS >>> LIGHTS
Use these settings
COLOUR =
#FFCF91
PRESET = Soft Light from top
Once you select the PRESET change the
ASYMMETRY to 1000

Click OK
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Match Mode = RGB Value
Tolerance = 0
Feather = 0
Sample Merged = UNCHECKED
Select the Light Tan border
Flood fill with the FOREground pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> Plugins
>>> Eye Candy 3 >>>
Drop Shadow
Use these settings

Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 2
Go to IMAGE
>>> ADD BORDERS = 10
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Light Tan border
Flood fill with the BACKground pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (
minus )1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to = 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> EDGE
>>> ENHANCE
Go to
EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use these settings

Click OK
DESELECT

BORDER 3
Click on the arrows at the uppermost
section of your
COLOUR PALETTE
so that the Dark Tan is now your
Background colour

Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Dark Tan border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 4
Click on
the arrows at the uppermost section of
your
COLOUR PALETTE
so that the LIGHT Tan is now your
Background colour
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the LIGHT Tan border
Flood fill with the FOREground pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow

Select the DARK Tan border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (
minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
DESELECT

Go to SELECTIONS
>>> SELECT ALL
Go to SELECTIONS >>> MODIFY
>>> CONTRACT = 33
Go to SELECTIONS
>>> INVERT
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> DSB FLUX >>>TILER
Use these settings

Click OK
The pattern effect on each side isn't the
same...
so ... to fix that....
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> DSB FLUX >>>MIRROR
Use these settings

Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> DSB FLUX >>>TILER
Use the same settings.
Go to EFFECTS >>> PLUGINS
>>> DSB FLUX >>>MIRROR
Use the same settings
DESELECT
Go to IMAGE
>>> RESIZE
Use these settings

Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN

BORDER 10
At the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
Right click on the Right Hand box and
change the Dark Tan to Black
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Black border
At the top of your COLOUR PALETTE
Right click on the Right Hand box and
change
the Black back to Dark Tan.
Go to your Background Styles (lower) box
and
Change the setting from PATTERN to SOLID
Flood fill the selected area with DARK
TAN
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
BORDER 11
Go to your
Background Styles (lower) box and
Change the setting from SOLID to PATTERN
Click on the arrows
at the uppermost section of your
COLOUR PALETTE
so that the LIGHT Tan is now your
Background colour
Go to IMAGE
>>> ADD BORDERS = 10
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the LIGHT Tan border
Flood fill with the FOREground pattern
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = - (
minus ) 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to 1
Click OK
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Inner Bevel
Use the same settings
DESELECT
BORDER 12
Go to IMAGE >>> ADD BORDERS = 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the LIGHT Tan border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects

Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop

LAST ONE!!!!
Click on the arrows
at the uppermost section of your
COLOUR PALETTE
so that the Dark Tan is now your
Background colour
Go to IMAGE
>>> ADD BORDERS = 3
With your MAGIC WAND
Select the Dark Tan border
Go to EFFECTS >>> 3D Effects
>>> Drop Shadow
Vertical & Horizontal offsets = 1
Colour = Black
Opacity = 100
Blur = 0
Repeat Drop
Shadow effect changing
Vertical & Horizontal Offsets to - (
minus ) 1
Click OK
DESELECT
At this
point you can add the butterfly tube
provided to
the bottom of the frame.
I used it to break up the 'starkness' of the
frame.
I reduced it to 60%
before copying and pasting to the frame.
Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN
then I used the Eye Candy Dropshadow
with the same settings
Resize to suit
Go to EFFECTS >>> SHARPEN
>>> SHARPEN
Save as a .jpg file.
